COLORS/REPRINTS
Colors may vary slightly from one fabric base to another. The variation in colors is primarily due to the different fabric makeup and their respective dyeing processes leading to subtle differences in the final color appearance. For reprints due to different ink lots slight variation in colors between original run prints and subsequent runs may differ slightly.
RETURN/CANCELATION POLICY:
Due to the custom nature of orders, we are unable to cancel/change/or edit any orders once they are submitted. Please double check your order and make sure it is correct before submitting.
We do not combine orders so please double check your order before purchasing.
FLAW POLICY
We inspect the fabrics to the best of our ability and strive to deliver the highest quality fabric. However, due to the nature of custom digital printing, there are no refunds or returns unless fabric is flawed. Flaws under 1 inch that do not distract from the overall appearance or are within 6 inches from the selvage edge are not considered flawed. Inspect your fabric for flaws when they arrive and email within 5 days to
sewmagicalfabrics@gmail.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the prints with the item in question. DO NOT WASH the fabric until you have measured and inspected the fabric. Once the fabric is washed the 5 day flaw policy is void. Washed/cut fabric cannot be returned. As with most fabrics, there is potential for shrink (5-10%) so please account for this. No discount for shrinkage.
Continuous yardage policy
For all preorders we will try to provide continuous yardage up to 10 yards but it is not guaranteed.
